📋 Description

• Lead a product team responsible for building customer-facing features and AI-powered workflows that simplify complex permitting processes • Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration • Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact features that create measurable customer value • Work directly with users to deeply understand pain points and translate them into intuitive solutions • Define and communicate product strategy, goals, and success metrics across teams and leadership • Mentor and guide other product managers, setting standards for product process, collaboration, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a record of shipping impactful products at startups or fast-moving companies • Experience leading product teams, not just owning individual features • Ability to set product vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity • Technical acumen and familiarity with software development is a plus
