• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person and virtual interactions across primary care accounts • Build strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers and office/clinic staff within assigned accounts • Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate Primary Care product use • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and advance Primary Care business objectives
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma with 10+ years of work experience • Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans • Strong strategic selling, account marketing, and territory management skills
