📋 Description

• Manage data intake, ingestion and processing from clients • Analyze complex patient population health datasets • Ensure data accuracy and reliability through detail orientation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decisions • Manage patient enrollment outreaches based on eligibility • Present findings to internal teams • Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to generate actionable insights • Ensure compliance with HIPAA security and privacy rules

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Strong spreadsheet skills (vlookups, pivot tables, macros); no SQL required. • Strong ability to translate data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Handle PHI with care and follow HIPAA-minded best practices. • Bonus: healthcare sector experience.
