📋 Description

• Own and maintain project plans, timelines, risk/issue logs, and status reports for 2–3 concurrent US field implementation accounts • Drive the weekly project cadence and ensure project plans are updated before client meetings • Track dependencies across internal teams and proactively escalate blockers before they impact delivery timelines • Facilitate client meetings, drive agendas, present status updates, capture decisions and action items • Support formalized governance processes across accounts and produce weekly status summaries

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in project management, delivery coordination, or account management • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in engineering, life sciences, business administration, or a related field preferred • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams) • Must be fluent in English.
