📋 Description

• Leading complex technical implementations and integrations from planning through deployment • Developing and enhancing implementation methodologies, best practices, and service delivery standards • Establishing repeatable processes, maintaining configuration integrity, and contributing to the organization's global knowledge base • Monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing system performance • Identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions that maximize reliability, stability, and customer satisfaction • Partnering with cross-functional teams, product leaders, and executive stakeholders • Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and documentation that support informed decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare information technology (IT) or information systems (IS) • Hands-on experience implementing PACS solutions and/or supporting Radiology Informatics environments • Advanced knowledge of healthcare interface standards (HL7, DICOM, etc.) • Strong understanding of cloud environments, Windows server infrastructure, networking concepts, and SQL/Oracle database • Foundational AWS knowledge (EC2 and S3) is preferred • Strong skills in root cause analysis, data interpretation, strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and program execution • Bachelor's or master's degree in Health Science, Business or Engineering or equivalent field of study, or 6+ years of above-related experience in lieu of a degree • Certification in AWS Cert Path: Cloud Practitioner, highly desired • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
