📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI design initiatives from discovery through delivery. • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability evaluations. • Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user experiences. • Translate complex business requirements and workflows into intuitive product experiences. • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and collaborative design discussions. • Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design best practices. • Present design recommendations and strategic UX decisions to internal teams and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience. • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, workflow systems, or technology products. • Exceptional English communication skills (C1+ minimum). • Experience conducting user research, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing. • Strong expertise in user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. • Advanced proficiency with Figma, FigJam, and modern product design tools. • Experience working closely with software engineers and cross-functional product teams. • Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to operate independently and drive projects forward.
