📋 Description

• Install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals at customer sites • Train customers how to use equipment and review job aids with client administrators/operators • Contribute to revenue growth through sales leads and billable professional services • Deliver solutions remotely and onsite • Stay up to date on Pitney Bowes industry knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/electrical equipment • Ability to work and make decisions independently • Strong communication skills • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable vehicle • Ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 55lbs • Complete familiarity within a Windows environment • Flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel as required • Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with accommodations considered for medical or religious reasons.
