• Place Showroom is the epicenter for emerging brands. We are a team of highly motivated and driven entrepreneurs. Our locations span across the nation and we are looking for a great candidate to join our team. • Place Showroom is seeking a Director of Sales to join our East Coast team. This is a dynamic position and we are looking for a bright individual to spearhead our Contemporary Brands with both the Majors and Specialty retailers. The candidate should be a quick learner, self-starter, dependable, and proactive with the ability to excel under pressure. • The position will partner with our Vice President of Sales and President to oversee the east coast business. The candidate will team up with our Majors and Specialty Division to build sales strategies and distribution plans throughout the United States.
• MUST have extensive experience in the wholesale apparel industry, with strong relationships in the women's contemporary market • Strong time management skills; motivated and takes initiative, works efficiently • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Exercises excellent judgment when decision making • Display professionalism with individuals at all levels in and outside the organization • Willingness to adapt to an expanding environment • High degree of accuracy and organizational skills • Technically savvy particularly with Excel. Knowledge of Showroom Exchange, Joor, NuOrder or similar.
