• Define the problem and the "why." • Work with internal stakeholders to frame opportunities and problems, ground them in evidence, and set clear acceptance criteria. • Write clear product documentation - briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Partner closely with UX design on the solution, ensuring it's aligned with brand and learner expectations and owning the final output. • Track performance outcomes - monitor engagement, completion, and return; and use what you learn to make future adjustments to the product. • Support discovery - talk to users, synthesize feedback into well-formed problems, and use that evidence when informing the team's decisions.
• 2-5 years of experience with a track record of getting work to launch. • Good judgment about user experience and what makes a digital product easy to use. • Crisp writing – you can turn a fuzzy problem into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria. • A collaborative style – you enjoy the day-to-day partnership with design and engineering. • Curiosity about users and the experience of grounding decisions in evidence rather than opinion. • Bonus: exposure to or interest in healthcare or other regulated spaces, HCP or professional audiences, design systems, or UX research.
