⢠Ensure the successful implementation of new product, pricing, and underwriting actions at a state and national level. ⢠Maintain loss ratio discipline and risk tolerance while achieving profitable growth in assigned markets; ensure forecasts and business objectives account for current and likely market conditions. ⢠Manage catastrophe risk and concentration risk effectively as the business pursues growth objectives. ⢠Analyze key competitors and their strategies; share insights across the organization to develop effective market initiatives and build out competitive intelligence tools. ⢠Regularly report on product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results; recommend KPIs and metrics to improve performance tracking. ⢠Ensure all products meet customer needs and expectations; incorporate customer feedback into product development and improvement. ⢠Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, sales, IT, and operations teams to deliver cohesive and effective product initiatives. ⢠Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards. ⢠Identify and develop cross-functional process improvements that enhance both efficiency and effectiveness.
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. ⢠Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management, actuarial, finance, or related roles within the insurance industry; minimum 5+ years in homeowners insurance required. ⢠Proven track record of successful product launches and strategic initiatives. ⢠Deep understanding of personal lines insurance and reinsurance, including trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape. ⢠Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams toward common goals. ⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency using data to drive strategic decisions. ⢠Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex issues clearly for partners and stakeholders. ⢠Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, financial acumen, and regulatory knowledge. ⢠Demonstrated customer focus and the ability to incorporate feedback into product strategy.
