📋 Description

• Handle receipt of customer orders, resolving any missing, ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements • Enter orders into the business system and follow up with customers regarding order changes • Work within a team with responsibility for all regions within the US for customer support • Deliver accuracy in all phases of order entry, debits, credits and returns • Provide flexible support to multiple duties at one time • Counsel Customers on basic information concerning return policies, availability, packaging, price and general information found on product literature • Utilize the CAIR program for resolutions on general comments and complaints

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B Customer Service phone environment • Experience documenting customer issues in detail and accountability in all tasks, ensuring follow-up on customer issues • Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel experience • Organizational skills are highly desired • Strong written & verbal communication • Experience with SAP is preferred.
