📋 Description

• The Subcontract & Compliance Specialist will support the administration and compliance oversight of federal contracts subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA). • This role is responsible for ensuring proper subcontract administration, labor classification compliance, wage determination implementation, and adherence to applicable FAR, DFARS, HHSAR and Department of Labor (DOL) requirements. • Monitor compliance with health & welfare (H&W) benefit requirements. • Support audits related to SCA compliance, as requested by Contracts & Compliance Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of experience supporting federal contracts. • Working knowledge of: - FAR Part 22, SCA, Davis Bacon (DBA), Wage Determinations & subcontract flow-down requirements • Experience coordinating with HR and Payroll regarding labor compliance. • Strong analytical and documentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
