📋 Description

• Support and lead workstreams across multi-phase technology transformation engagements • Translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies • Contribute meaningfully to AI strategy conversations • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders • Apply rigorous, hypothesis-driven analytical frameworks to diagnose complex technology and organizational challenges • Track progress against milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively • Define and monitor success criteria for client engagements • Contribute to team knowledge assets, proposals, and thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Management consulting excellence sharpened by at least four years with a Big Four firm • Enterprise technology strategy, operating model design, and large-scale transformation leadership • Cloud-smart platform strategy (any major cloud provider) and application modernization • Executive stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and governance • Metrics-driven decision making and delivery assurance • Risk identification and proactive escalation in complex, multi-workstream engagements • Working knowledge of AI concepts and enterprise AI adoption patterns • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 12+ years in management consulting, enterprise technology strategy, or digital transformation
