📋 Description
• Participate in a technical team through the deployment of a project in ServiceNow • Work with the Solutions Architect, Business Process Consultant, and Project Manager to configure ServiceNow according to project scope • Gathering requirements from the client • Participate in design development with the Solutions Architect • Implementing requirements defined in Agile stories and tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as an Administrator or Developer of the ServiceNow platform • Ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform including configuration and customization • Strong JavaScripting experience • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • Experience with ITIL framework (preferred) • ServiceNow System Admin Certification (preferred) • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred)
