📋 Description
• Audit our current Asana setup (Design + PD + Production workflows) • Restructure into a clean, stage-based pipeline (Concept → Design → Development → Sampling → Finalization) • Separate and streamline workflows for Sleep vs Apparel • Establish clear ownership and accountability within projects • Simplify task structures (reduce clutter, improve usability) • Build dashboard views for leadership visibility (status, blockers, timelines) • Create templates for repeatable seasonal product cycles • Train team on how to use the system effectively (light documentation + walkthrough)
🎯 Requirements
• Examples of Asana systems you’ve built or restructured in the product/fashion space • Brief description of your approach to workflow design • Relevant experience with product-based businesses (if applicable) • **We are looking for someone who can bring clarity, structure, and strong operational thinking — not just reorganize tasks.**
