• Analyze the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key conversion drivers, drop-offs, and friction points across web, mobile, and internal systems • Perform deep-dive analyses on funnel performance, cohorts, and customer segments to uncover actionable opportunities • Partner with product teams to evaluate experiments and feature performance, ensuring sound interpretation of test results • Translate complex, cross-platform data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve conversion and customer experience • Define and refine KPIs that measure funnel performance and product impact • Connect insights across systems to provide a holistic view of customer behavior and business outcomes • Work with large datasets across Snowflake, HEAP analytics, Amperity CDP, and internal systems • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support analysis and reporting • Combine and validate data from multiple sources, navigating inconsistencies and gaps where needed • Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Help establish shared definitions and measurement frameworks for conversion and performance
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics) • 5+ years of experience in product or data analytics • Strong experience analyzing conversion funnels and customer behavior • Advanced SQL skills and experience working in data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake) • Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., HEAP) and customer data platforms (e.g., Amperity) or similar systems • Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and interpreting experimental results • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and deliver insights that drive business impact
