📋 Description

• You advise customers on appropriate logistical and technological solutions and derive concrete courses of action. • You configure and customize our systems according to project-specific requirements and ensure accurate implementation. • You test custom developments as well as the entire process chain end-to-end and ensure reliable operation in production. • You analyze existing customer processes, identify optimization potentials and formulate concrete, actionable improvement proposals. • Together with your colleagues, you rotate on-call duties (nights / weekends / public holidays). • You regularly lead or support process analysis and optimization at client sites and translate findings into practical measures. • You coordinate the recommended logistical and technological solutions closely with relevant stakeholders and ensure clarity on goals and priorities. • You create concepts and requirement specifications to provide a robust foundation for development and implementation. • You conduct workshops, trainings, and system presentations in German and English and support customers in successful adoption. • You coordinate the integration of TMS/WMS into existing ERP or third-party systems and ensure smooth interface connectivity.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk (Speditionskaufmann/-frau) or hold a comparable commercial qualification with a logistics focus. • You possess a comprehensive understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transport processes and can analyze and evaluate them confidently. • Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%; you accompany go-lives on-site while workshops are generally held remotely. • You have strong consulting skills and present yourself convincingly, professionally, and in a trust-building manner in customer-facing situations. • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent process understanding, and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new topics and system landscapes. • You have training experience and solid didactic skills to convey content clearly and to moderate groups confidently. • You speak German at least at C1 level and have English skills at least at B2 level.
