📋 Description

• Travel extensively to repair, maintain and start-up specified Bartelt Packaging equipment. • Provide communication link between customer and the Company for excellent customer service. • Installation, integration, repair, and troubleshoot flexible machinery requiring high level of technical skill/knowledge. • Direct and oversee customer’s personnel during plant machinery installations and integrations. • Occasionally maintain a 24-hour on-call status and provide customer technical telephone support. • Provide customer training regarding operation & service of machinery and assist with aftermarket parts needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical, Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 3 years experience in machinery repair. • Knowledge/skills of mechanical principles and willingness to travel extensively. • Good communication & interpersonal skills and strong customer service focus. • Proficiency in Windows & MS software (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experience in flexible packaging material machinery preferred. • PLC programming experience preferred.
