📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end recruiting for sales roles and related GTM roles, specifically supporting our Enterprise Sales team, emphasizing rapid sourcing and pipeline velocity. • Independently build robust, high-quality candidate pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals. • Effectively engage, screen, and close top-tier Sales talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout. • Partner closely and effectively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process. • Continuously analyze and optimize recruiting funnel performance to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and offer acceptance. • Own projects and programs extending beyond the typical recruiting activities, ensuring process excellence and a top-notch experience for all candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high tech companies • You have an accomplished track record of hiring Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives that have experience selling a very technical product • You love to source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Gem AI Sourcing, or other means • You can craft strong value propositions across Sales, GTM, and technical roles alike • A collaborative and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike • Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments for hard to fill positions • Highly execution-oriented, with excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skills • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and implement impactful process improvements • Determined, proactive, and creative in overcoming sourcing and hiring challenges
