• Work closely with stakeholders to define campaign goals, target audiences, and key performance metrics. • Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain transparency and alignment. • Build strong working relationships across teams, fostering trust and effective communication in a matrix organization. • Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, creative coordination, execution, testing, and deployment. • Ensure campaigns adhere to quality standards and meet deadlines. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize marketing operations and meet critical delivery timelines using Adobe Campaign tools. • Track and document project milestones, ensuring compliance with established quality benchmarks. • Identify and mitigate risks through strategic risk management planning. • Manage workflow processes within Workfront, ensuring smooth execution and timely project completion. • Oversee project execution plans, including journey scope, content creation, development activities, deployment, and performance reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making. • Proficiency in standard project management tools, including MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. • Intermediate to advanced expertise in Workfront for managing workflows and projects. • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform tools such as Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer, or Consumer Journey Analytics. • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring campaign deliverables align with journey requirements and market deadlines. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. • Previous experience in direct and digital marketing environments. • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive results.
