🎯 Requirements

• Lifecycle expertise. You've built lifecycle programs that actually moved retention, engagement, or revenue. • HubSpot, deep. You've architected HubSpot, not just used it. • CRM fluency in general is non-negotiable. • Marketplace or freemium background. • Track record. You've grown lifecycle metrics meaningfully in a multi-country, multi-language setup. • Deep AI fluency. • Data-driven. You obsess over optimization, you hack the funnel. • Hands-on. You write the workflows, watch the dashboards, talk to the partners, run the events. • Ownership. You take a problem from brief to result. • Leadership. You manage three people today. You raise the bar without micromanaging. • Clarity. You explain things simply.
