📋 Description

• Manage large, diverse, and complex projects across multiple divisions and/or functional areas • Plan, organize, and lead cross functional teams to complete project tasks • Ensure projects are planned and executed in alignment with project objectives • Identify possible risks/issues for mitigation planning • Handle change management for project team/impacted users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 8 or more years Project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or other relevant industry or operations leading large, diverse and complex projects. • Applying Project Management methodology based on project management principles • Incorporating process improvement methodologies into large scale projects • Facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders • Speaking in a professional presentation environment • Business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution including marketing, communications and financial planning.
