📋 Description

• Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets (Priority 1 – Priority 4). • Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance within a tenant. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues. • Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements. • Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration. • Support, configure, and maintain tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive. • Assist with developing scripts as needed to support OneDrive features. • Assist with creating and maintaining reference materials – FAQs, knowledge articles, iTrain. • Assist with coordinating and conducting multiple Proofs of Concept and Pilot Testing. • Ensure all processes, plans, schedules, and other written documents are completed timely. • Provide bi-weekly status reports that encompasses schedule, M365 deliverables for each tool, action items, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, and closures. • Provide a monthly consolidated status report that provides the overall health of the M365 team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Based Suite in a large corporate/government environment. • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate). • Strong .NET development skills (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). • Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts. • Knowledge of the Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, Azure ecosystem. • Experience with Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration. • Experience developing PowerApps model. • Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps. • Experience managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings. • Knowledge and experience with Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, and AI Builder. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to entire M365 cloud platform and AvePoint Online Services. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences. • Ability to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
