📋 Description

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Purple Mattress's overall goals and objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users, to gather and prioritize technology requirements. • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the delivery of IT solutions and features over time. • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. • Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring that third-party solutions align with Purple Mattress's needs and standards. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, providing solutions and contingency plans as needed. • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of technology solutions. • Advocate for a seamless and user-friendly experience for both internal and external users, gathering feedback and making improvements. • Manage change associated with technology implementations, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption. • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CSPO) is a plus. • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT product management, with a track record of successfully delivering technology solutions. • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure best practices. • Ability to analyze and translate complex technical concepts into understandable business terms. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is advantageous.
