📋 Description

• Conduct high-impact, interactive client discovery sessions to uncover deep business pain points, strategic goals, and operational bottlenecks • Actively participate in the qualification process, analysing prospect requirements to ensure our Adaptive ERP and complementary solutions fit their needs • Design, build, and deliver compelling software demonstrations and executive presentations • Partner with the sales team to build customised win strategies, craft RFP/RFI responses, and navigate complex technical evaluations • Maintain a premier level of knowledge regarding QAD’s suite of solutions, manufacturing industry trends, and the competitive grid

🎯 Requirements

• Five+ years within a sales environment selling ERP • Demonstrated ability to maintain high morale and activity levels during long-tail deals • Proven track record in a customer-facing Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within the enterprise software (SaaS) space • A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality management principles • The ability to think on your feet, translate technical jargon into business value, and adapt quickly during live, outcome-focused demonstrations when conditions change • Experience with Generative AI in the workplace • Fluent in English and one or more of German, French or Dutch
