📋 Description
• Supports the Chief Legal Counsel and Program Integrity leadership by providing legal and regulatory assistance for investigations, appeals, hearings, and requests from external stakeholders. • Assists in preparing responses to congressional inquiries, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and Requests for Information/Action (RFIs/RFAs). • Contributes to joint operating agreements and liaises with federal and state partners, ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid laws, regulations, and program integrity requirements. • Develops knowledge of administrative processes while gaining experience in legal analysis, case preparation, and government regulatory frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor required • 2 - 4 years required; 5 - 7 years preferred • Active law license required.
