• Manage the customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location • Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team, and supporting specialty consultants, to support customer’s design needs, pricing, customer approvals, & implementation of specific deployment scopes • Manage the delivery of these projects, this position aligns clients’ objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts across the QTS organization • Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management, with the ultimate goal of delivering the project on time and on budget • Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture • Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities • Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers • Be able to travel up to 50% of the time • Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects • Experience with Construction Health & Safety Knowledge • Experience with Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment, RCDD a plus.
