📋 Description

• Support the implementation of Impress and e-Services solutions for our customers • Assist with configuring workflows related to document processing and digital communication • Participate in customer onboarding and help with solution setup • Provide support to customers (with guidance from senior colleagues) • Work with internal teams (Consulting, Presales, Support) on customer projects • Learn how to translate technical concepts into business solutions • Continuously build your expertise and grow into a subject matter expert

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field • Basic experience with programming or scripting (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or similar) • Interest in working with systems, integrations, and digital solutions • Strong willingness to learn and develop new technical and consulting skills • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Communication skills and motivation to work with customers • Fluent German and English
