📋 Description

• Creating creative materials for performance marketing • Analyzing target audiences and identifying insights • Producing product and brand creative assets • Creating animated and motion videos for performance marketing • Developing creative solutions: audience analysis, ideation and testing • Executing technical tasks: adaptation, resizing, and producing design variations of creatives in various formats

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Motion Designer • Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Figma • Experience working with AI tools (character generation, animation, and applying filters) • English proficiency at Intermediate+ level • Self-motivated and responsible • Proactive attitude and ability to work quickly • Attention to detail and timely correction of potential errors
