📋 Description

• Be the face of Qwoted to your book of clients — responsive, proactive, and the person they trust to get things done • Spot the perfect media opportunities for each client in the Qwoted feed and make sure your client is first in line • Keep the momentum with clients and journalists alike, so nothing stalls and nothing slips through • Orchestrate interviews and placements end-to-end — matching the right client with the right reporter at the right moment • Send weekly updates that clients genuinely look forward to opening • Track every win — coverage, outcomes, and the stories behind them • Own the systems that keep us sharp: tracking docs, spreadsheets, account records • Make us better by tightening workflows, killing busywork, and building processes that scale • Help us level up by getting the function ready to take on the next wave of clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Previous PR, journalism, or media relationship experience is a big plus • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail • Familiarity with Qwoted is highly desirable • Self-starter who’s comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment
