• Ensure that all operations are compliant with industry standards and regulations • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) • Identify and implement process and workflow improvements • Facilitate onboarding and training • Resolve issues related to the revenue cycle management processes • Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment of goals • Prepare and present reports on performance and progress
