📋 Description

• Report Creation: Design and deliver recurring Power BI and ad-hoc Excel reports to stakeholders. • Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations. • Automation & Process Improvement: Utilize development tools such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, and Git. • AI Agent Design for Reporting: Design and develop AI-powered agents to automate insight generation and reporting workflows. • Data Modeling: Design and optimize large-scale data models to support complex analytics and reporting requirements. • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce validation standards for data integrity and report accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an analytics role with complex datasets. • Background in healthcare, finance, or operations analytics. • Expert in SQL on any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL. • Advanced experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Familiarity with Epic data structures and healthcare data systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiar with cloud-based data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks). • Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality. • Familiarity with relational databases and large-scale data environments. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot CLI).
