📋 Description

• Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities • Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from complex revenue cycle environments • Apply Epic Clarity and PB revenue cycle knowledge to identify trends and process improvement opportunities • Build and maintain reporting on physician productivity and financial performance • Conduct account and performance reviews to surface actionable opportunities • Perform rigorous QA on metrics and reports • Own follow-up actions against recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles • Strong knowledge of professional/physician billing (PB) revenue cycle operations • Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model • Advanced SQL skills • Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI • Proven ability to turn messy operational data into reliable, decision-ready insights • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
