📋 Description

• Monitoring and payment processing for property taxes on both a client and asset level • Monitoring and payment processing for condo and/or homeowner associations on both a client and asset level • Strict adherence to aggressive timelines and company/client guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED • 2+ years of prior work-related experience • 1-3 years payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate • Some college preferred • Knowledge of payment processing for property taxes or Homeowners Association helpful but not required • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills • Ability to problem solve with little supervision
