📋 Description

• Manage the implementation and ongoing administration of physician and extender schedules for multiple local practices using QGenda • Generate and communicate real-time schedule changes, including emergency coverage and coverage for meetings or unplanned absences • Produce scheduling and staffing reports including shift distribution, extra shifts, PTO, and payroll-related data • Partner closely with Practice Directors and Regional leadership to align staffing needs with operational goals • Communicate scheduling protocols, updates, and changes effectively with physicians and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of physician scheduling experience required; radiologist scheduling strongly preferred • Strong working knowledge of QGenda required • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment preferred • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to time-sensitive requests
