•Lead customer implementations from technical discovery from onboarding to production deployment. •Troubleshoot client technical issues and provide hands-on support for Rain's platform integrations. •Support customer conversations around API capabilities and guide clients through Rain platform development. •Collaborate with product and engineering to provide structured customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions. •Bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering solutions, escalating and advocating for fixes
🎯 Requirements
•2+ years of technical experience in system integrations, (e.g. Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Implementation Specialist) •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited program •Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer focus, with a proven track record of delivering successful technical solutions •Strong communication abilities to explain complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences •Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and/or other programming languages •Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment •Comfort thriving in early-stage environments where you can build processes from scratch
