📋 Description

• Facilitate student enrollment for Rasmussen University • Deliver attentive, timely and effective service to students throughout the admissions process • Build strong relationships with prospective students through extensive outreach • Engage with the student to understand and identify their educational needs • Provide accurate and timely information on Rasmussen’s programs and services • Guide the student through each enrollment step effectively and efficiently • Represent the University through interactions with students, staff and constituents • Participate in community events to help generate interest/inquiries and promote brand awareness

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in an educational service, admissions counseling, customer service, and/or employee recruitment environment. • General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred. • Excellent written communication and strong verbal communication skills. • Proven customer service experience in a professional environment. • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, management, and peers. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
