📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, business process analysis, and fit/gap assessments. • Design functional Oracle EBS HCM solutions that align with client business objectives and industry best practices. • Configure and support Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, and related applications. • Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and customizations. • Partner with technical consultants to design, test, troubleshoot, and deploy custom solutions and integrations. • Support system testing, user acceptance testing, production deployments, and post-production support. • Evaluate Oracle patches and upgrades, assess business impact, and recommend implementation strategies. • Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, test scripts, training materials, and other project documentation. • Provide functional leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite HCM consulting experience. • Experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS HCM solutions for organizations with unionized workforces, including Human Resources and Payroll processes governed by collective bargaining agreements. • Strong understanding of union pay grades, salary structures, seniority rules, step progression, shift differentials, and other union-specific HR and payroll processes. • Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, and related HCM modules. • Demonstrated experience leading Oracle EBS HCM implementations and support engagements. • Experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit/gap analysis, designing solutions, configuring applications, and supporting testing activities. • Strong hands-on technical knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, including data structures, interfaces, APIs, reports, Fast Formula, PL/SQL concepts, and integrations. • Hands-on development experience is not required, but the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams is essential. • Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, test plans, and user documentation. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities in a consulting environment. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
