• Organize and manage multiple consulting and management engagements with clients. • Define project and program strategies to address client goals and priorities. • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks. • Improve program and project management standards and processes. • Cultivate relationships with both current and new clientele to drive positive business reputation and growth. • Oversee critical tasks and long-lead items.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, building engineering, real estate, or architecture required. • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent credentials required. • 10+ years managing projects/programs exceeding $25 million. • Proven leadership of external and internal project teams. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and online project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Unity Construct, PMWeb).
