📋 Description

• Conduct detailed financial underwriting and risk analysis for self-storage real estate acquisitions and assets. • Evaluate market data, property performance metrics, and financial statements to determine investment viability. • Build and maintain accurate financial models to project returns and support strategic investment decisions. • Deliver clear insights and data-driven recommendations regarding property valuations and structural risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Underwriter, specifically within the United States property market. • Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote environment. • Availability to commit to approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
