• Assist in establishing new business opportunities • Disseminate qualified prospects to the sales team • Assist with planning the marketing focus, executing the marketing strategy, and documenting results • Assist with maintaining records of all interactions with qualified prospects and communicating to sales team • Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales team • Assist engineers in design, prototyping, assembly, and fabrication of new and existing products • Visiting farm sites to inspect customer equipment and establish repair plans • Occasionally perform repairs on customer equipment at customer job sites • Territory will expand Montana and part of western North Dakota • Remote position, training required in Fargo for 6-12 months
• Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively communicate information about the company in a positive manner to prospective clients • Ability to build strong, influential relationships, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit professional composure • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with little supervision • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work with diverse customers • Experience and technical knowledge of equipment • Valid driver's license and clear driving record • Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems • Ability to read and interpret technical engineering documents and drawings • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty • Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs • Ability to travel 40-60% of the time • Strong work ethic, integrity, moral character, and initiative • Farming or Mechanical background and/or experience in farming industry
