📋 Description

• Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on infrastructure concerns including networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, and high availability and system resilience • Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs • Learn new technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs • Adapt to changing customer requirements and act as a trusted advisor • Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions • Respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner • Deliver quality results both on-site and remotely and provide post-engagement deliverables that are on time and within the scope of the assigned project, including project journals, status reports, and other standard documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies at a delivery level • Experience implementing container technologies in an enterprise setting and supporting enterprise-wide deployments • Knowledge of one or more Red Hat infrastructure solutions such as Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), or Ansible Automation Platform • Strong customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions • Understanding of the open source community • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English • German language level C1 or above is mandatory • Willingness to travel across EMEA if required • Prior experience in a consulting role or Red Hat certifications is a plus • Willingness to obtain security clearance is a plus
