📋 Description
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales, test drives, and service • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Maintain and update appointment records in the system • Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce cancellations • Coordinate with dealership staff to optimize scheduling efficiency • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of appointments • Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM tools • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
