• Accountable to the Associate Dean, Graduate Online Nursing and the Dean of The Richard and Sheila Young School of Nursing. • Responsible for assisting and supporting the program’s administration in planning, curriculum, scheduling, supervision of faculty, nursing department and college meetings, events, service, and scholarly endeavors. • Represent the school at various events for nursing regarding curriculum planning, faculty development, and graduate program meetings to ensure its integrity. • Collaborates and promotes interdisciplinary/inter-professional education curricula with faculty involvement. • Collaborates and assists the nursing program directors, course coordinators and faculty in maintaining the quality and integrity of the online graduate nursing programs.
• Earned doctoral degree or currently enrolled in doctoral program. • Must have an NP certification. • Registered nurse in Massachusetts and APRN license in Massachusetts and designated states (or ability to obtain) with a master’s degree in nursing. • Ability to uphold the University’s commitment to inclusive excellence within a diverse learning community. • Experience in grant writing and submission, program administration, authoring scholarly papers, and engaging in other scholarly activities preferred. • Commitment to community and professional service. • Service as a college and program advocate for faculty, students, and external professional organizations.
