📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound renewal sales calls in a timely and professional manner. • Follow established communication scripts while applying critical thinking and sound judgment. • Actively listen to identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English. • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to accurately type while speaking on the phone, with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM. • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn specialized software applications. • Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Previous call center experience preferred.
