🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in management roles including managing and hiring managers • Deep expertise in infrastructure technologies, particularly databases (Postgres, Redis) and distributed systems, with a track record of building scalable, reliable solutions. • Ability to balance long-term technical strategy, technical debt, and urgent enablement of product delivery with optimism and energy. • Ability to draw creative solutions from an expert team, and realize maximum business impact • Excellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas with clarity and precision in written and verbal modes • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-a-service or software-as-a-service markets, including their competitive dynamics and customer expectations. • A track record of successful collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive adoption and retention.

• The starting salary for this role is between $212,000 and $290,000 USD. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands. • The opportunity is also eligible for equity with early exercise options and extended exercise windows. • 4 weeks of paid vacation, available from day one. • 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child.
