📋 Description

• Manage and lead global SAP projects (implementatiosn, upgrades, enhancements, etc), including managing project teams, timelines, budgets and other resources. Typical projects range from $.5MM to $6MM in overall budget • Effectively plan, organize, prioritize and assign assignments to team members • Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the appropriate client stakeholders • Manage, motivate, empower and evaluate the consulting team to expand professional, management, leadership and technical skills • Foster the continued success of the team and collaboration with the end client

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Travel up to 50% • 7+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in an SAP project management role • Experience on at least 4 full lifecycle projects (SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP business solutions) • Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues that clients might experience within their operational SAP landscape • Practical experience in the application of SAP methodologies (ACTIVATE) • Leadership skills to guide the consulting team and act as a trusted adviser to the client regarding strategy, direction, and risk
