📋 Description

• Telephone and written outreach to customers and prospects (including cold calling) • Organizing and coordinating customer appointments • Assisting with maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system • Close collaboration with the sales team and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• Friendly manner and strong communication skills • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Confident use of LinkedIn, CRM systems, and HubSpot • Experience in sales, customer service, or office administration is a plus but not required
