📋 Description

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Assist in month-end close activities, partnering closely with accounting, legal and operations • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Automate and continuously improve models to streamline reporting/planning processes to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency. • Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and perform ad hoc analysis • Collaborate with teams across data science, product, and technology to timely resolve any data integrity issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Economics • 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis • Strong skill and interest in modeling and analysis, with a demonstrated history of success in both • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Power Query and SQL preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with building excel models • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align financial plans with business objectives • Understanding of internal controls and compliance in financial reporting • Continuous improvement mindset for financial planning processes and tools • Ability to handle large datasets (preferred)
