📋 Description
• Assisting users with website and app navigation via calls and the Zendesk ticketing system. • Troubleshooting technical bugs. • Collaborating with agents and customers to ensure the website’s data is accurate. • Assisting customers with account maintenance. • Ensuring a world-class customer service experience by seeing issues through to resolution.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system, AWS phone system, and Slack is a plus
